This free service is provided to help Westchester County property owners monitor potential fraudulent activity and take timely action if necessary.

The property alert system notifies registered users when:

A land record is recorded involving the property address as registered in the WCCPAS system

This system serves as a notice and does not replace official record searches or legal advice.

How the Property Alert System Works:

Property Registration: Property owners voluntarily register properties they wish to monitor by owner’s name or by address through this secure platform.

Email Notification: Registered users receive timely email notifications with details of documents recorded matching the name or address registered in WCCPAS to review and take appropriate action, if needed.
