The Westchester County Clerk Property Alert System (WCCPAS) provides early notification if a recorded property transaction appears involving the registered property owner’s name or address. WCCPAS is a free service to help Westchester County property owners monitor potentially fraudulent activity and take timely action when necessary. This system serves as a notice and does not replace official record searches or legal advice. It should not be relied upon as the sole source of information for determining property ownership, boundaries, or legal descriptions.

HOW WCCPAS WORKS

Property Registration: Users register properties they wish to monitor by owner’s name or by address through a secure platform.

Email Notification: Registered users receive email notifications with details of documents recorded matching the name or address registered in WCCPAS to review and take appropriate action, if needed.

Westchester County takes data security and user privacy seriously. Information submitted through this platform is handled in accordance with applicable County policies and regulations.
